My style is active and collaborative, warm and supportive. These factors consistently combine to help clients clarify their goals and supports them in the process of making these goals a reality. I have experience with children, adults and families in a variety of settings. These settings include private practice, community mental health, special education, home-based Early Intervention, and advocacy.
I have post-masters training in family therapy and hypnotherapy. Both are approaches well-suited to a wide range of concerns. My practice incorporates principles of other therapeutic approaches as well. Whether your concern relates to depression, anxiety, your child's functioning or difficulty in a relationship, I can help.
Please contact me to discuss the possibility of our working together, in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, or a combination of both. I return calls promptly, typically schedule appointments within 48 hours of a client's initial contact.
